European Judicial Network in Criminal Matters – 53rd Plenary Meeting of the European Judicial Network
The European Judicial Network (EJN) is a network of contact points to facilitate cooperation and establish direct contacts between judicial authorities in EU member states.
EJN plenary meetings are organised on a regular basis and at least three times per year. Two of the plenary meetings are organised in the member state holding the Presidency of the Council of the EU (at the end of each semester).
Anticipated themes: gathering of electronic evidence, data protection and data security, EPPO, Brexit and recent casework of CJEU
